If you would like to attend, please complete an online application form and select the position you are interested in. Your application will be reviewed and if you meet the Person Specification you will be shortlisted and invited to attend an interview at the recruitment event.

Please note, you can drop-in anytime from 10am until 3pm but if you are successful for an interview, these will be held from 9am until 5pm. The Recruitment Team will be available on the day to complete your Identification and Right to Work checks.

We have a variety of posts available and we offer a variety of shift patterns including long days, traditional 7.5 hour duties and day / night duties.

Bridgnorth Community Hospital:

• Staff Nurses (Inpatient Ward) – Band 5

• Healthcare Assistants (Inpatient Ward) – Band 2

• ENP / ECP in Minor Injury Unit – Band 6

• Inpatient Ward Discharge Co-Ordinator – Band 4

• Qualified Minor Injury Unit Assistant Practitioners – Band 4

South East Community Teams:

• Bank Community Staff Nurse – Band 5

Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, an ability to work as part of the multidisciplinary team and confidence to work independently.

Care and compassion is at the heart of everything we do. Imagine you’re the patient – that’s the simplest way to explain our approach to healthcare. We place the individual at the centre of everything we do, not just their condition and treatment. This means listening to what they have to say, recognising their needs and responding appropriately.

We look forward to hearing from you
